Optimalisasi Penggunaan Robot Berbasis Vision System untuk Inspeksi Otomatis pada Proses Manufaktur dengan Data Terbuka dari Sumber Industri

Perkembangan industri manufaktur dalam era Revolusi Industri 4.0 telah mengarah pada adopsi otomatisasi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas produk. Salah satu teknologi yang berkembang adalah robot berbasis sistem penglihatan (vision system) untuk inspeksi otomatis. Teknologi ini memungkinkan robot untuk mendeteksi, menganalisis, dan menilai kualitas produk secara real-time menggunakan sensor visual dan algoritma pemrosesan gambar. Selain itu, data terbuka dari berbagai sumber industri mulai dimanfaatkan untuk mendukung proses produksi dan pengambilan keputusan yang lebih efektif, seperti pemeliharaan prediktif dan pengawasan kualitas. Penerapan robot vision system terintegrasi dengan data terbuka di bidang manufaktur, meskipun masih terbatas, dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi inspeksi produk. Penelitian ini berfokus pada penerapan sistem inspeksi otomatis berbasis robot vision dengan teknologi deep learning untuk mendeteksi cacat produk secara real-time, mengurangi kesalahan manual, dan meningkatkan efisiensi dalam lini produksi. Model deep learning yang digunakan adalah YOLOv8, yang menunjukkan performa terbaik dengan akurasi deteksi cacat sebesar 96% dan kecepatan 35 FPS. Sistem ini menunjukkan potensi besar dalam mengurangi biaya operasional dan meningkatkan throughput di industri manufaktur
